We stayed at Hamburger Hof at beginning and last two days of a month trip to Germany and 5 other countries. It was a great location close to trains, some good restaurants close by. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They are a great asset to the hotel. Rooms were very clean and great showers and bedding. A good restaurant with Italian food to try is nearby Paninis (sp?) We would definitely stay there again
